    Go to Settings → Integrations and follow the step-by-step guide to connect your Swiggy restaurant account.

  • Can I manage multiple restaurant outlets?

    Yes. Foaps supports multi-outlet management. Add your outlets under Settings → Outlets.

  • How quickly does a menu update reflect on delivery platforms?

    Menu updates typically reflect within 5–15 minutes across connected delivery platforms.

  • What do I do if an order is not appearing in Foaps?

    Check your integration status under Settings → Integrations. If the integration shows as connected, please contact our support team.

  • How do I export my reports?

    In the Reports section, select your date range and report type, then click the Export button to download as CSV or PDF.

  • Is there a mobile app?

    Foaps is currently available as a web application optimised for all devices including phones and tablets.
