Software License

Foaps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Foaps software solely for your restaurant's internal business operations in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Ownership

Foaps and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all intellectual property rights therein.
